Izze Stein at Prohibition Friday

  • Prohibition 503 Columbus Avenue New York, NY, 10024 United States (map)

Izze Stein at Prohibition UWS this Friday.

A passionate singer-songwriter driven by a deep desire to help others heal, Izze is both empathetic and empowering.

Born on the stages and jazz clubs of New York City, Izze is an unsigned independent artist who has made frequent appearances at the Apollo Theater, Birdland Jazz Club, Wallace Lounge, Bowery Electric, and Nublu. She has opened for many R&B/Soul artists, including Adi Oasis at Palm Heights in the Cayman Islands, and Morgan James at the Sellersville Theatre. In addition, Izze is part of Hometowne Music Group, a Nashville-based writing & publishing company.

Izze’s sound is influenced by Erykah Badu, Alicia Keys, Joni Mitchell, Cleo Sol, and Amy Winehouse; her current songs revolve around the theme of searching for self-value. Izze hopes to give those who relate to her stories space to feel and release emotional pain.

Her goal in life is to use her voice to connect the world and open as many hearts as possible.
